MENU ONE (Fab Fajitas)

  • Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Tortilla Chips, Medium Salsa Verde
  • Beef or Chicken Breast Fajitas [Add $2.50 for beef or mixed option], with sauteed sweet bell peppers and onions
  • Brown or Black Beans [Whole, Blended, or Refried]
  • Arroz Rojo [made with fresh tomato] or Verde [made with cilantro] 
  • Fresh Green Salad with Housemade Vinagrette
  • Fresh Seasonal Fruit Skewers

MENU TWO (The Whole Enchilada)

  • Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Tortilla Chips, Medium Salsa Verde
  • Enchiladas Verdes o Rojas (Cheese, Chicken or Vegetable, ADD $2.50 for ground or shredded beef option)

MENU THREE (Totes Adobo)

  • Tacos de Pollo Adobado – Made with shredded, tender poached chicken breast bathed in adobo de chile de guajillo y chile mulato (flavorful, not spicy)

  • Salpicón Yucateco – tender shredded leg of pork, combined with thin slices of onion, red radishes and cilantro in a lime vinaigrette, served cold

  • Pozole  – Chef Marco’s drool-worthy version of the traditional rich chicken and pork hominy stew -like soup. Choose from the colors of the Mexican flag: red (made with dried chile guajillo), white (no chile) or green (made with tomatillos, chile poblano)! Top it with your choice of fresh shredded lettuce, radishes, avocado slices, Mexican crema, dried oregano leaves, chopped white onion, chile piquín, fresh chicharrones (pork rinds) and a squeeze of fresh lime juice
