AND AGREEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION POLICIES BELOW***

TO RESERVE OUR CATERING SERVICES:

A 30%, non-refundable PayPal deposit is required to reserve our catering services. The balance will be payable in cash: USD, or pesos (MXN), calculated at the local exchange rate of that day. In the case of multiple service dates, the total balance will be payable on the first day of service.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

As stated above, all deposits made to reserve our services are non-refundable, and payment of the deposit is your acceptance of the following cancellation policies:

REGARDING CATERING SERVICES

  • Due to the time-sensitive nature of our business, cancellations made less than 7 days before the date of service will incur a cancellation charge of $100USD or the balance due, whichever is greater.
  • Negative changes to the number of diners may be made up to 7 days before the date of service without charge. Changes made less than 7 days in advance of the date of service will not be credited.

REGARDING COOKING CLASSES

Cancellations or negative changes to the class size made 7 days in advance of the class date will be refunded at 50%; this includes negative changes to the number of non-student diners. No refund will be given on any negative changes or cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date.
